📖 Course Overview
Kundalini Yoga works with the subtle body — the network of chakras (energy centres) and nadis (channels) described in the yogic and tantric traditions — to awaken a dormant spiritual energy said to rest at the base of the spine.
This course lays a safe, traditional foundation: the map of the seven chakras and the three main nadis (Ida, Pingala, Sushumna), the pranayama that purifies them, and the bandhas, mudras and kriyas used to work with prana. Meditation ties it all together.
A note on safety: kundalini practices are powerful and best approached gradually. This course emphasises preparation, steadiness and self-awareness over forcing experiences, and encourages practising under qualified guidance.
